Why did Zoe Slater leave Eastenders? | Soap

Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan) returned to Walford earlier this week at Eastenders, for the first time in 20 years.

He briefly returned to our screen in June, but stayed on a flat with the Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner). It becomes clear in the scenes that Zoe has landed himself in danger as long as we have not seen it, but he is reluctant to tell anyone what happened.

He then disappeared, pushing Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) to leave Albert Square for a while to try and find it.

Because it’s been a long time since we saw it, you might read this at all not to realize what he was doing for the last time he was in Walford, or maybe you don’t remember.

Consider this as a practical guide, because we see why Zoe left in the early 2000s, and what we know so far about the many secrets he brought.

Why did Zoe leave Eastenders in 2005?

Zoe left Walford in 2005 after the event that made Den Watts killed. Zoe briefly thought he killed him, but that was actually Chrissie Watts.

He left for Ibiza, but was connected again with Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) before he left.

When did Zoe return to Eastenders and why?

In June this year we found Zoe living with Stacey Slater. He is increasingly frustrated by Zoe’s chaotic behavior, and calls Alfie to get help.

Alfie arrived but so did Kat. This duo respects Zoe’s desire not to see his mother, and covered for him.

What happened to the Zoe Slater?

The episode of yesterday and the air tonight (but can be seen now at the BBC Iplayer), emphasizing many things about what happened to Zoe when he left Albert Square.

Wednesday installments revealed that Zoe gave birth to twins in 2006. It was believed that the baby girl died, but Zoe lifted the boy to be adopted.

He also revealed that today he was threatened by someone, who seemed to be still alive.

When the episode was almost over, Zoe’s phone began to ring. At the other end the call is Max Branning (Jake Wood).

Tonight’s episode revealed that Max and Zoe met with each other in a bar earlier this year.

Max became the ear who listened to Zoe when he opened about trying to track his son. He said that he had hired a clever PI to do this, who now bother him to get money.

Max tried to help Zoe, and drove him to meet with Greg The Pi.

Zoe attacked Greg and left him to die.

After parting with Max on that day, he was the last person he hoped to reach when he answered his phone.

Zoe is not happy to hear from him, saying that if he dares to contact him or one of his families again, he will end [him]’.

Max was surprised, but after hearing Stacey on the previous phone, he knew he returned to Walford.
