The winner of VAS FA Harrison Bayley was the latest player announced by Reading City when the Simon Johnson team continued to add experience.
Bayley won a vase with that town in 2018 and has won miles playing at Cyprus and closer to the house in Bracknell Town and recently Wokingham Town.
A favorite of many people wherever he played, Bayley was previously in Rivermoor when he became the captain of Highmoor Ibis and he would join Stefan Brown and Ash Artwell who were experienced at the club.
Famous as a platform for young players in the last season, Cityzens had to be a threat in the North Joint District League Premier Division next season because they added experienced heads to their young teams.
Besides Bayley, the club has confirmed the addition of Mo Ceesay from that Town and Sanchez Parkes while George Armstrong joined from Kintbury Rangers where he became a productive goal scorer.
Outside the field, Cityzens had confirmed Sheldon Baptiste and Mimi Olaide had resigned from their managerial role with sides under 23 – which had changed their names to Reading City backup.
This duo has been replaced by Jake Keegan who joined from Wokingham Town where he manages the Sumas reserve side.
