Tasha Ghour finally talked about her separation from Andrew Le Page, for months after the Love Island couple confirmed that they had separated.
The couple surprisingly ended things earlier this year, just a few weeks after Ghour, who was 26 years old, competed tightly to dancing with pro-Mitra Aljaž škorjanec.
The former couple met with the ITV reality series in 2022 and reached several joint relations milestones, including sharing dogs, buying homes and even discussing plans to get married when they looked into the future together.
After fans surprised with their split news in January, Ghouri has now talked about where their relationship was during the appearance at the BBC How To Be In Love Podcast.
Speaking of separation with Rylan Clarke, Ghouri talked about how Le Page was ‘the first boy he loved’.

‘I learned a lot from him. He taught me a lot of things about love and I would bring it, ‘he said.
Speaking of the end of what is almost a three -year relationship, he continued: ‘This is strange, I feel like we have never had the closing chapter. You know when you’re the last chat and you have that closing? We don’t have it. And I feel it’s still rather long. ‘
Ghouri shared his hopes that they had ‘closing chat’ in the future, added: ‘He is also my best friend at the time. He is everything, so I really hope one day when everything is resolved and we have time to be sad, we have time to look back at things. ‘
He concluded: “I really hope that one day we can return to intercourse and find the civilians we have before.”
During their separation, Le Page told fans that it was ‘very good beginning for this year’ and that was the ‘end of the era’. He also said he had ‘cried more this year than his lifetime’.
At that time Ghour said he would not talk about divisions in public because it was a personal problem, but he then opened the division in his memoir 2025 Your Superpower.
“I know that far in the bottom of my heart is not true,” he wrote. “There are many tears and that is a very difficult time. Andrew is the man I will marry. We have discussed having children. ‘
A source told The Sun in January that the couple was reported to have grown far during Tasha’s time in a tight ballroom.
“Tasha really loves Andrew but the gaps began to show when he appeared strictly,” said the insider.
“He gave everything in the competition. The focus was purely on his dance with Aljaž and which pushed the slices between them as time went by. ‘
Love Island continues on ITV2 and on ITVX.
