Introducing the Eye Test

Lies, damned lies, and statistics.

Fantasy Football Scout members can now access a new feature in our Members Area – The Eye Test.

It includes highlights from every Premier League game in the last two seasons. How well do the statistics tell the story of the match? Review the important things and decide for yourself.

Fantasy Football Scout users can access a limited version of The Eye Test below, which features all of Liverpool’s games this season and in their title-winning campaign.

You can use highlights to review previous encounters or to identify players who were in good attacking positions but did not receive the ball – players who would not be visible in the statistics.

Snap Shot

In addition to linking to match highlights, the table makes it easy to visualize form periods by using basic color coding. You can sort by Match Week, Opponent, Venue (H/A), Goals Scored (+) and Goals Conceded (-) to get further insights.

Clicking on an opponent’s name will take you to suitable in our Members Area.

And Team notes has been archived from Matchweek 11 2025/26 onwards, allowing you to view screenshots of each team’s “breaking news” ahead of the match by clicking on the club badge.

Screen time

Additional highlights are included where available.

Highlights are linked directly to the club’s YouTube channel and not to broadcast channels to avoid geo-restrictions. For example, those based outside the UK will not be able to view any Sky Sports videos.

There will be a degree of subjectivity in the highlights as the video editors who put them together will naturally benefit their own clubs. For balance, two additional sets of highlights – one for each team – have been added where possible. To see the second set of highlights, click on the opposing three-letter team name in the menu and find the game.

Navigation

To navigate a video frame by frame, first pause the video, then tap the dot button (.) to move forward one frame or the comma button (,) to go back one frame.

Running order

If additional highlights are not available (unlikely to show losing highlights), then the opponent’s additional highlights will be used. Longer highlights are preferable to shorter highlights. If no club has uploaded extended highlights, then shorter match edits will be performed by default.

Additional highlights are often uploaded several days after the match. Eye Test will be updated once available. If you find any errors or discover new additional highlights, please contact myself, TopMarx, or Rainy via comments. Alternatively, send an email to support.
