Before another international break kicks in, we move on to Matchweek 11 of the season’s Scout Picks.
We considered the Scout Troop applications made by Neale, Tom, Sam and Marc before producing our final team.
As always, we are limited by certain limitations.
- Budget £83.0m for our starting XI
- The overall squad cap is £100.0 million
- No more than three players per team

GOALKEEPER

The first of three Arsenal assets to receive selection is David Raya (£5.8 million). The Gunners have been in fantastic defensive form this season, with a record-equalling eight consecutive clean sheets between October and November. It’s no surprise that they also have the lowest total expected goals conceded (xGC), at 5.7. Despite their excellent start to the 2025/26 season, the odds are stacked against Sunderland on Saturday.
DEFENDER

Gabriel Magalhaes (£6.6m) received unanimous support from our Scout Troop experts this week, with Neale, Tom, Sam and Marc picking the Arsenal man as the best defender in Matchweek 11. As mentioned previously, Mikel Arteta’s side have now recorded eight consecutive clean sheets in all competitions! Add in Gabriel’s offensive threat from set pieces, plus the fact that he’s exceeded expectations with eight defensive contribution points (DefCon) so far, and you’ve got an almost essential premium defender.
Murillo (£5.3m) is our preferred choice of Nottingham Forest for the visit of Leeds United. The Brazilian is yet to record a goal, assist or clean sheet. He also underperformed at DefCon; however, with Sean Dyche now at the helm, a manager who prioritizes defensive solidity, there is the potential for a better result. Leeds, meanwhile, have failed to score in four of their five away games, giving Murillo the perfect platform to make it happen.
Take a break in the middle of the week, Trevoh Chalobah (£5.1m) was drafted ahead of Chelsea’s home meeting with managerless Wolverhampton Wanderers. The centre-back has scored just three goals in nine starts this season, producing two goals and one assist, as well as four clean sheets and eight DefCon points.
No defender has provided more assists than West Ham United El Hadji Malick Diouf (£4.4m) this season. With four goals under his belt, the attack-minded left-back now faces a Burnley side who are bottom of the pack in terms of expected goals (xG). Additionally, the Clarets are 20th in terms of key passes and crosses from their right wing.
