Some non-nigious pre-season equipment can be a humid and unattractive business. Two teams are filled with dehydrated soccer players who are trying to do the advantages of summer on the 3G school field. The audience who was curious to stare at the cage through the night fog who tried to identify the heroes of their 6 who returned for 46 matches of one -season one division joint match.
However, we feel we have identified four friendship that could be an interesting watch when we were preparing for the 2025/26 season.
Tuesday 15 July – Kota Kintbury Rangers vs Hungerford
While most of the friendship is “good at the young people” or “more minutes at the foot” This equipment is a bonafide competitive match between two Western giants in the city of Hungerford and the winner of the senior league Wiltshire Kintbury. Under the lights on July 15, both teams will compete for the Hungerford Cup.
The Pride of Hungerford is at stake for the team from step 3 against the village beginner from Kintbury. We may be a little excessive, but of course a little more interesting than your pre-season.
Tuesday 15 July – Westwood Wanderers vs Reading City
We do not have a place that is confirmed for this equipment but this is an interesting equipment between two important non-liga clubs ‘ding battles’ if you want. Westwood Wanderers won the Thames Valley Premier League last season so they can consider themselves the best team of reading in step 7. They faced reading cities who would consider themselves as the best non-leatogen clubs from the city (or should we say the city?)
Westwood Wanderers have continued to improve over the past few seasons and will look forward to challenging themselves against higher levels of opposition.
Saturday 19 July – Maidenhead United vs West Ham United
There may be some places where Alan Devonshire is more respected than in Maidnehead, however, East London might approach. Alan Devonshire was the winner of the FA Cup with West Ham United in 1980, giving a cross for Trevor Brooking to score goals. West Ham is the second division club in 1980, beating Arsenal who are more famous in the final. We believe this is probably the first example reported from Devonshiring in the history of football.
It is unknown what kind of West Ham squad that will be brought to York Road, but the winner of the new European trophy must be careful not to violate Devonshiring himself.
Saturday 2 August – City of Dulwich Hamlet vs Bracknell
In August, most clubs step 5 and 6 will start their league season. In fact they will also start their FA Cup campaign. However, in early August step 3 Bracknell Town will travel to face the Isthmian Dulwich Hamlet League team. The South London club is one of the most famous names in non-liga football and reaches some extraordinary crowd in step 3 often reaches 3000 supporters for home equipment in their Hill Ground Champion.
With this, Robins’s last pre-season friendship, this will be the last chance for Jordan Ive to perfect his troops and tactics before their league season begins.
