Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) thought Kim Tate (Claire King) had answered her prayers when he said he would consider buying her stake in Woolpack in Emmerdale.
But he was wrong.
The character is told by evil Doctor Caitlin Todd (Caroline Harker) to raise £100,000 within a week, or she will tell everyone that Leyla’s baby is not actually Sarah and Jacob Sugden’s (Katie Hill and Joe-Warren Plant) child.
The only solution is to ask Kim to become one of the new pub owners. Kim is very tempted, but keeps Charity waiting by telling her that she will contact her to get confirmation.
The businesswoman comes close to buying Charity and inadvertently saving her from Doctor Todd’s nightmares, but reconsiders her move after comments from Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough).
Graham knows that Charity suddenly wanting to sell is a very strange move on her part, and questions what chaos Kim will have to face if she accepts the offer.
Not wanting to take any chances, Kim told Charity she would be pulling out of the deal.
Running out of time and getting very, very desperate, Charity asks Kim for a loan, but because Charity won’t tell her about the mess she’s in, Kim refuses and leaves.
The commotion is overheard by Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter), who manages to get Charity’s secret out of her fairly quickly. Chas already knew that Leyla’s baby was not Sarah and Jacob’s, but assumed it was Ross Barton (Michael Parr) when Charity confirmed she was being blackmailed.
As night fell, the two women drank wine and babbled about their problems.
Chas and Charity reflect on how much of the family drama that occurred over the past year was caused by Kim or the Tates family as a whole. There’s Kim introducing everyone to Celia Daniels (Jaye Griffiths), Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) planning to evict Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) from Butler’s Farm, not to mention destroying Holly Barton’s memorial tree.
Charity concluded that Kim needed a taste of her own medicine, and then an expression appeared on her face that had Chas – and the rest of us – very worried.

‘We’re going to rob Home Farm’.
But is that true? In tomorrow’s episode, a drunk Charity and Chas arrive at Home Farm with the intention of stealing money from Kim’s safe, but they are caught by Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick), who decides to get up early to clean the house while everyone is still asleep.
Lydia isn’t the type to betray her best friend Kim and let Charity and Chas take her money – will she talk them down?

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
